Just Breathe!

You’re doing it right now. And again. And again. Breathing is so natural to us that we often neglect to notice its effect on our well-being. Recalibrate and practice healthy, calming breath work. The benefits are impressive: increase your energy, calm stress, focus your brain, improve your immune system and fight depression. You’ll even get stronger by breathing right (your back and abs will thank you). Ages 18 and up. $29.
