Chef William Belickis of the late, great Mistral returns with an industrial-chic boite offering impressive prix-fixe menus ($60–$90 per person) in the Jewel Box or at the Chef’s Table. But one can opt for a more affordable experience in the windowed dining room, where lunch is a particular treat. The cocktails here, created by bartending great Andrew Bohrer, are stunners.
